After deciding to sell our home, I came to Edina Reality not knowing who Sue Coulter was, but scheduled an appointment to meet with her and discuss the selling of our lake home. During this appointment, Sue presented herself as an experienced professional, answering my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the real estate market. At that moment I felt very comfortable in entrusting her to the sale of our property. Sue immediately went to work, inviting the realtors in her office to view the property, setting up advertising, and overseeing all the details. I saw an all-out effort on her part to sell the property. What I really liked about Sue is that she always kept me updated and informed. Communication between Sue and I was excellent. As an offer came in, she was there to look out for my best interests. In the end the property sold in a very short amount of time, and the entire experience was very good.
